Going from personnel management for the first time is exciting, but it can be scarey.
There is so much that you do not know. Somehow, the management seemed so easy from the outside, but now it's actually doing it, you realize it's more complicated than we thought. This is a completely new task in itself, and you're not sure you're up to the task.
