Everyone wants success but each has a different perception of what happened and what it will mean in their lives. It 'a means to achieve financial freedom for some and for others, a healthy life and happy family. There are others who define their success with the power that their way of working leads and others who feel successful when they believe their leadership skills to excel above others.
There are many definitions of success and generalized within these generalizations, there are many sub-categories. Everyone has their own perception of the final (s) of what it means and how to successfully manipulate it to get a sense of wellbeing in life, but too often these different definitions are culturally encouraged to try to 'do' whatever it is that we 'think will happened in our lives.
So who is really doing the thinking? It 'really true or clear our mental process is influenced by our culture, our parents, our peers, and everyone else but our true nature? The problem is when we forget that the success of any kind begins and ends within our personal architectural design based upon our unique talents, skills and competence.
Looking outside of ourselves and maybe even after another that seems to have discovered the mystery of success and happiness only confuses the issue. No one can emulate the success of someone else, following in their footsteps, as we are all unique. Among this diversity is the real strength of our genius. Sure, we can learn from others but when you go to move towards success, we need to be crystal clear that we are feeding our furnace itself, and not someone else who has influenced, whether negative or positive.
The first step towards your authentic personal freedom and success that are defined for you is to "... know yourself ..." Always in search of truth and groped to find their success looking out for you is certainly a process of futility. Even if someone seems to have very similar qualities, goals, skills and strengths that have received a level of success if you ask them if they are happy or satisfied, will all too often they say "No." There are good reasons for this. something missing in their lives.
No matter what you pursue in life. No matter how concentrated and focused on our success and no matter how hard we work towards its realization, if we do not know well and specifically on how to enable zero measure our unique talents, skills, knowledge and skills, we find no Our process pleasant nor are sustainable success. Find your personal genius.
To know ourselves, we realize that there is a universal law of life that allows us to be satisfied with a level of success for long. Success can not be stagnant. Life is not stagnant! Yes, we enjoy our success for a moment or two, but then we moved to a new level of success, but we call it.
No time of arrival on the train happened. There are pit stops along the route to refuel, but the destination is not known because it is always growing, expanding and pushing out further into the unknown, while forcing us to leave our comfort zone to meet with increasing success. The landscape along the trail becomes very different, though, may be beautiful, forcing us to learn to adapt to this new land. Learning to adapt in life is the key to success.
The success is a driving force that has no space for thoughts of failure, setbacks or dysfunctional malaise. You can not experience success without any mistakes or set backs and if we allow our minds so full of creative genius to hang on the obstacles of the journey, our train arrives the success of an emergency stop. If we do not quickly replenish our minds with positive, creative thinking and dynamic, our vision and our mental ability to promote our goals become stagnant and die. Just goes away, sometimes screaming and shouting and at other times, silent but it deserves the vision and strength that you created, stops in his tracks!
Adapting to new terrain and its furnace that feeds our two key factors driving the train happened along the way of life. Other factors to consider in our journey of success as a leader are:
1. men a sense of responsibility, success and a woman embrace responsibility. Does not work by projecting it onto someone else, when the track becomes a bit 'rough or obstacle appears and the deviation must be taken. Leadership means taking responsibility and thrives on it. Taking responsibility, we are building momentum for a positive outcome.
2. Decisiveness-support essay collects and ideas from others but the final decision is yours. Gather knowledge and be decisive. Do not make a decision: failure has already occurred. Being well informed and take a decision to plow through the obstacle on the track or to find an alternative route. Leaders know how to pass the chaos at the heart of a problem and take well-informed decisions without hesitation.
3. Leadership is responsibility-responsibility in action. Success for leaders in any sector of the power means taking responsibility, the collection of credible knowledge, to take a well informed decision and stand by the decision. Leaders recognize that not all of their decisions will be successful. Some decisions may be downward and errors Other decisions may be right on target and still others may be partial successes.
But a leader who understands the dynamics of success is responsible for the successes and failures. Sometimes you may enjoy success on other occasions, being immersed in a moment of confusion about why the decision was not successful or was only partially successful.
In scenario # 3-Accountability: Let's say the train's success is completely derailed. The leader took responsibility, did what he thought was a conscious decision and yet, when implemented discovered the terrible catastrophe that caused your company or department or team to skip tracks.
All were on board. Each team member has been invested in the process and morale was high. Now that the mobile force has lost its momentum. Yet, now, no more 'power' and their furnaces are cooled quickly. I'm dragging around feeling bad about themselves and complaining to others about how they worked hard to make this scenario a success when trying to find someone, someone to blame. Morale takes a hit as the furnace that powers the engine cools down even faster.
While it is important to be in touch with your feelings and disappointment is a feeling, it is imperative to address all your feelings caused by this derailment. E 'of vital importance. It must be addressed first and will not be able to go ahead and start stirring up the furnace.
Negative emotions are what drain our energy and that energy is our life force. So I want your emotions. (Men, I especially hope that you find this!) Just set a timer and know when it's time to take a more positive step, consider the obstacles, to create strategies Extrac the obstacle from the track to train and get to stokin 'that oven again to success.
Feel your emotions deeply. If you are truly themselves invested in a project or a decision that you believed would be a success and somehow jumped the tracks, then you will feel a level of pain, sadness, anger, frustration, and etc., weighted grade that have been invested in the result.
Then, close the door and put his head in his hands. Cry or get angry. Guilt, shame, frustration and pound his fist on the table ... or take a walk or a drive and talk with you in silence, or let your voice scream. Act out of danger, and always in a constructive manner. Never project your emotions on others. YOUR emotions are and have nothing to do with anyone else. And 'healthy to act out, but do so in a constructive way and not do any harm. Live your life with noble and conscious decision to 'never do harm.'
Yell and scream in private cry in private, Pound your fist on the table and express all your emotions. I usually allow myself 15 minutes for what I call my "Wha 'wha-eey-eey time when I feel sorry for me and all those other destructive emotions. Understand that feelings are not destructive, unruly emotions still destroy your leadership skills and success in life if left to their own wills. (The second word divisions Oxford University Press means to cause "disagreement or hostility ...")
In other words, hold the intention to never hurt. That is harmful to ourselves and / or others is not acceptable behavior and positive leadership driven. So, give yourself a time out to get angry and feel hurt and when your fifteen minutes are up, do the shift.
It is a choice. This change is a positive choice, which is not easy at times, but with practice it becomes easier and easier. We want to get stuck and our goals and vision derailed or want to find solutions? If you get stuck, yes. If you want to choose another response that is in your interest, then you will. You are in control. Take the initiative!
Suppose you made the conscious decision to choose to make a positive change and start looking at solutions. Wayne Dyer is an excellent book that I strongly recommend. It 'called "There's a spiritual solution to every problem." Do not let the words, 'Spiritual Solution' is stopped to investigate and determine if this book will be useful to you. This book is about life and solving problems. It works!
Finding solutions to problems is an art form. It is not something that is usually easy, depending on the complexity of the matter. Means defining the problem with clear focus of key issues. This means revisiting the derailment and trying to understand all the dynamics that may have contributed to what we perceive as a failure. Remember to separate themselves from bankruptcy. You're not a failure. The goal is not successful because of certain actions, lack of actions, communication errors, focus groups and many other possible scenarios.
Recommendations to resolve the various layers that caused the derailment:
1. Write down all the dynamics that have played in the absence of positive results that you expect. Clarify, clarify, clarify ... then explain once again!
2. Have your key players come up with its list of why the goal was not accomplished.
3. Problem Solving schedule a meeting with your key players.
4. Make a definitive list of all the dynamics that are out of the Problem Solving Meeting. Make sure that this meeting does not become a 'poor me' or 'poor us' activities. Click to find solutions and choose not to get stuck. Stay on track!
5. list of possible reasons for the final disclosure and probably for not meeting the priorities within the group which factors are most important.
6. Once prioritzed, this list begins to take a form that makes it easier to solve problems.
7. Start with the # 1 reason that the group believes that the cause of failure and to write two or three ways to adjust and restructure the problem so that it becomes a strength that allows you to proceed. Start feeding so high powered engine, once again. Do this for every problem on your final list.
8. Once the partners agree on how to proceed, then write down how to implement fresh, new procedures to ensure greater success for every problem that derailed the target first.
9. Once the procedures are clear to all and make certain that everyone agrees and understands fully what and how the procedural steps are to deploy across the organization, then it is time to actively implement the new strategies for success.
10. Who is responsible and accountable for all strategy solution? What is the timeline involved in these new strategies for success? Note the 'About' and 'When' the responsible person or persons nominated.
11. Last but very important for the research process and implementation of solutions, is to decide when to meet again to determine whether these new strategies are in place and working effectively. If not, readjust. If not, restore it again. Otherwise, start the process again.
Success often requires great attention and effort. Perseverance and the ability to adjust and adapt is fundamental to achieving our goals. Do not give up! Be committed and invested in the success you imagine. Hold back on track. Train Your success needs constant stoking with positive, realistic and powerful strategies to move forward. Already a success. Do not beat a dead horse. There is no horse power. Put out of its misery and move forward with a passionate fire in your belly. Feed the furnace with fuel positive and success is just around the corner. Enjoy!
